Hunstanton Watersports Kitesurfing School

Hunstanton Watersports Kitesurfing School is a British Kitesurfing Association (BKSA) Approved Kitesurfing School.

We are a watersports and powerkite centre based in Hunstanton, Norfolk. We teach beginners to advance courses in kitesurfing, windsurfing, powerkiting, kite landboarding and also offer kayak rentles during the summer season. We are based at Hunstanton Sailing Club, North promenade. All our courses are open to a variety of ages, and generally run from March to November, however we do not officially close during the winter, and we operate seven days a week.

Steve Murfet the driving force of Hunstanton Kitesurfing School has over 6 years kitesurfing experiance, the past 2 years have been a great success for us; we have held powerkiting sessionsin local schools and colleges all around Norfolk, and trained approximately 600 students kitesurfing, powerkiting or kite landboarding. We are an Approved British Kitesurfing School, with windsurfing as a newly added activity. We are soon hoping to become an *RYA affiliated training centre for 2009.
(*RYA Royal Yachting Association). We are a fully licensed and insured watersports centre with highly qualified staff; all our members of staff are CRB checked and fully RYA First-Aid trained.
 

Some of our previous work has included stag and hen group powerkite/kitesurfing events; we have also held successful corporate events, one of which catered for over 70 members of staff from a large pharmaceutical company based in Cambridge.

After students have completed their courses with Hunstanton Watersports, we offer the service of equipment hire, so they are able to return and brush up on newly acquired skills in a safe environment. We look forward to seeing you all down at the beach.
